CAPTAIN DAVY WILL BE AT PIRATE PLUNGE

UPDATE: The new bathrooms upstairs will be open and heated! The tent area will be heated!

On Monday Jan 1, 2018 Captain Davy will be at the Navarre Pirate Plunge. The plunge is at the Navarre Pier from 12pm until 4pm. Hundreds of plungers will enter the Gulf of Mexico and bring in the new year with a splash to support the Weekend Food Program of Navarre .

You can buy your tickets at:
·        South Navarre Beach Fishing Pier – 6am till 7pm;
. North on Hwy 87 at Ye Old Brothers Brewery
·        East on Hwy 98 to Beach Community Bank – 9am till 5pm; and
·        West on Hwy 98 to St. Sylvester Catholic Church’s office – Monday to Thursday from 9am till 3pm, closed on Friday (just past Edgewood Drive traffic light)
There are limited tickets left to purchase.

10.00 for party and 20.00 includes T- shirt.

About the NAVARRE PIRATE PLUNGE

The plunge will begin at noon with Sheriff Bob Johnson starting the countdown. A few of the many participants who you may know are father John Kelly from St. Sylvester Church, Navarre Commissioner Rob Williamson, U.S. Congressman Matt Gaetz and partners who are now operating the Navarre Fishing Pier.

After the Pirate Plunge will be a Pirate Party for all ticket holders.
This will end at 4pm. This will be under tents with table and chairs.
A live band will preform and food and draft beer (grog) will be provided. All ids will be checked as to issue wrist bands for those over the age of 21. A special beer ( grog ) will be served called Pirates Booty by Ye Old Brothers Brewery.

Every ticket holder will have a chance to Win a special treasure ( booty ) inside two Pirates Chest! One chest is for those over 21 and the other chest is for those under 21.

The fun does not stop there. Tables full of raffle gifts will be there for you to win so bring a little extra cash to buy some tickets. Some of the gifts are Bottles of wine, YETTI cooler, 55’’ 4K Smart TV, 2 Bicycles, Beats wireless headphone, Echo and fire tablets, over night stays at local hotels, Movie passes, Restaurant certificates and gift baskets .

Yes there will be a best dressed Pirate Contest and the winner will receive $250.00!

Almost forgot about the food ( grub) provided by local restaurants and locals who want to share their favorite recipe.
