The two children of Amber and Kyle Cooley are fighting for their lives as they are being treated at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Florida.
The parents are in custody charged with several felony charges and are currently being held at the Santa Rosa County Jail without bail.
The home where the children were found was located in a mobile home park near East Gate Road just outside of Milton, Florida.
Neighbors living there are very upset and everyone is just in shock. Mostly families live in this tight knit community and there’s just no explanation for what happened to these two children.
The three year old was found unconscious on the floor when paramedics entered the home.
Further charges may be brought against the couple as 911 was not called until the following morning after the child ingested the poison.
At this time the only information we have about the condition of the children is one of them is in a induced coma.
