About 3:45 EMS , Santa Rosa Sheriff cars and fire trucks arrived at the beach entrance to the east of Spring Hill Suites.On the beach lifeguards and fire and rescue were putting a woman in her 50’s in the back of a pickup truck.
The woman was transferred to the ambulance where CPR was being continued. Life Flight landed but the woman had not been revived so she remained in the ambulance and CPR continued as it drove away with no lights on.
