Monday at 10am Shirley Brown had a section of Hwy 98 named in her honor and this now is joined with her husband Warren E Charlie Brown . Doug Broxson, Matt Gaetz, Rob Williamson and Wendall Hall spoke in front of a small group of friends at Boomer Airport in Navarre.
