Special Election Information
Santa Rosa County Supervisor of Elections Tappie Villane announces important information regarding the special election on March 28 to extend the current half cent school infrastructure surtax.
Vote-by-mail (Absentee)
A vote-by-mail ballot may be obtained by:

Calling the elections office at (850) 983-1900
Visiting the Supervisor of Elections Office located at 6495 Caroline St., Suite F in Milton.
Wednesday, March 22 is the last day to request a vote-by-mail ballot be mailed to you for the Tuesday, March 28 election. All vote-by-mail ballots are due no later than 7 p.m. election night. If you are dropping off a vote-by-mail ballot at the South Santa Rosa Service Center, the ballot must be returned no later than 5 p.m. on March 28.
There will be no early voting for this special election.
Ballot drop off
There are two locations in Santa Rosa County for voters to drop off absentee (vote-by-mail) ballots for the 2017 special election:
South Santa Rosa Service Center (Annex) at 5841 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze, FL 32563
8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., through March 27
7 a.m. – 5 p.m. on March 28
County Administration Building (Milton Office) at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite F, Milton, FL 32570
8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. through March 27
7 a.m. – 7 p.m. on March 28
