On 11/25/17 at approximately 1:30 a.m. deputies with the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to an address in Navarre in reference to a Welfare Check.Dispatch was advised by the complainant; a woman had been removed from impatient care by her caretakers and wasn’t allowed to take any medication.
The caretakers were identified as:
During the course of the investigation, EMS was called to transport the woman to a local area hospital for treatment.
Thomas Hermann and James Hermann were charged:
Additionally, Thomas Hermann was charged with Corruption by threat against Public Servant.
Both suspects were arrested and transported to the Santa Rosa County jail. See attached reports for additional information.
